How to Use SingTel Hello! Card

Call Overseas

1. Dial 1800 560 6060 (English) or 1800 538 3511 (Burmese) or
1800 538 4011 (Chinese) or 1800 538 0062 (Bahasa Indonesia)

2. Enter Card Number followed by the # key

• If this is the first use of your card, press 1 to register for your telephone number. (note: You can only do registration upon first use of your card. After registration, you will not be asked to enter card number again.)

3. To continue to make a call, press 2 (if any) then Enter Country Code --> Area Code --> Phone Number --> followed by the # key

• For repeat use of Hello! Card, you will hear “To top-up your card, press 1, to continue press 2.” (note: You will need to buy a new Hello! Card to top-up the card value before your card balance reaches 10 cents.)

Use CallBack

1. Dial 1800 225 2225

2. Select your preferred Language, followed by # key.

3. Enter Card Number followed by the # key
